Conclusion
Even though the greenhouse effect was discovered all the way back in 1824, its role in regards to global warming is still a question the plagues scientists today. Through the use of this WebQuest, you have gained a greater understanding for how the greenhouse effect works and how it may or may not play a role in climate change.
The key here is that we asked, "why?" Why do some scientists believe that the greenhouse effect has no measurable impact on global warming? Why then does the Earth seem to be going through a prolonged period of global temperature increases? As scientists, if we do not question, if we do not ask why, we will never be able to reach the ultimate goal of knowledge and understanding!
